Today we’re introducing Sembley Sidecar — a Chrome extension that helps you fill out carrier portals using insured information you already have. Copy the data from any website or document, review the details, then let Sidecar autofill the carrier portal you’re working on. You stay in control and review the answers before submitting.

Insurance work keeps repeating the same step: entering information you already have into another carrier portal. Sidecar sits beside the carrier portal you’re working in so you can put that data to work instead of retyping it.

Start with an insured from Sembley, copy information from a website, or upload your clients’ documents. Sidecar analyzes your insured’s information, matches it to the questions in the carrier portal, and fills in the answers for you.

Think about the information you already have:

  • A client emails you their business details. Use those answers to start their quote.
  • You’ve entered an account into one carrier’s portal. Bring those details into the next carrier’s application.
  • A client sends a vehicle schedule or driver list. Use it to fill the corresponding sections in the portal.
